Norah Coyne is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). she has well in excess of 1000 hours of training and is qualified in many different yoga modalities

Norah also has several years training with other yoga bodies such as 300hrs with yoga alliance international in Hatha and Transformational yoga teaching and a qualified Yin Yoga Teacher

Norah specialises in working with those that are absolute beginners, those that are highly anxious, stressed or not feeling themselves and want a nurturing practice

Being a neuromuscular and physical therapist, Norah also runs Yoga for Osteoporosis,  Arthritis and Chronic Pain

Norah also works with yoga in special needs facilities with both adults and children and rehab settings 

She is a clinical aromatherapists so also makes spiritual and yogic sprays and oils to suit on a tailor made basis

Norah is an Injury specialist, qualified in neuromuscular and physical therapy, trigger point dry needling, various massage modalities and is a life skills and stress consultant as well as a healing practitioner and workshop and retreat facilitator

Norah also runs yoga for trauma, yoga for sleep disorders and yoga for stress
