Currently, Jen offers private online yoga sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-5pm.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow (Level 1) - This private yoga session is for students that have a bit or more experience with yoga. It moves at a gentle pace with focus on breath and movement. The same sequence is used for the week. Jen think's this offers better understanding of your body and the differences from day to day.
