Kathrina King is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500hrs) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Currently teaching both online and in studio classes, At Ease Yoga offers a wide variety of yoga to include Hatha Yoga Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, along with relaxation and meditation practices.
We also provide opportunities for private classes, workshops, and mini retreats.
