Degree in Sports Sciences and Physical Exercise Physiologist, with over 20 years of experience in the area of physical exercise and health. She developed professional skills as a teacher, personal trainer and personal trainer in the area of “Study of Movement” and “Mind & Body”. As a Pilates teacher for several years, she began to develop her passion for Yoga, which grew from a personal to a professional level. In this phase of personal and professional development, with four teenage children, she finds harmony between personal and professional life through the application of Yoga without dogmas with a focus on practice for true human beings.
Using his professional experience in pedagogy, she promotes in his practices the respect for the potential and limitations of all his students, so that they feel comfortable with his body. In this way, its methodology focuses on the student creating a union between movement and breathing, providing a consistent basis for them to find peace and tranquility in their daily routines.
