As a long time yoga student I knew the importance of staying active in not only my physical body but in my mind.  When I was told I had breast cancer in 2018, I continued my yoga practice and I credit it for helping my physical and mental recovery.  By becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher I want to bring that same benefit to everyone.
