I am a vinyasa yoga student and teacher in San Francisco. In yoga, I have found an opportunity to connect with myself and explore my physical practice with curiosity and compassion.
My classes are athletic but never rushed or hurried, allowing students to maintain a measured, even breath. My sequences are logical and balanced, so the poses build on one another and help you move with confidence. The pace and cueing will help you gain insight into your embodied practice and understand the subtleties of your own physicality. My approach is inclusive and encouraging, and I hope that you will build confidence in your ability to focus and breathe when things get tough - on and off the mat.
My primary teachers are Jason Crandell, Jacqui Rowley, and Rev. Liên Shutt.
