Sam is a 200 hour RYT and started practicing yoga in 2015 while in graduate school. Sam traveled to Rishikesh, India in 2018 to receive her training in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga at the Vinyasa Yoga School where she learned both the fundamentals and philosophical aspects of yoga. Off the mat, she works in global health and is passionate about wellness in communities of color. Sam lives in North Carolina with her partner, Josh, and her cat, Luna.
Sam's classes can be described as approachable, supportive, and invigorating, offering options for both beginners and experienced yogis with an emphasis on play.
