I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, having completed my 500-hour RYT Yoga Teacher Training with My Vinyasa Practice (a well-known yoga school based in Austin Texas)

I teach a combination of Vinyasa,  Iyengar, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Adaptive, Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and meditation.

I offer meditation and yoga classes in group-based settings, one-to-one classes, and corporate settings. I teach both online and face-to-face.
