I know first hand the benefits that getting out into nature and moving our bodies can have,  not only on our physical health but also our mental health. Through a combination of a regular yoga practice, snowboarding surfing, wakeboarding and many other forms of movement, I have overcome both physical and mental health challenges. I am a qualified ashtanga-vinyasa, yin yoga and mediation + breathwork instructor offering private and group classes in both studio and retreat settings. In addition to my yoga qualifications, I am also a BASI qualified snowboard instructor.

I have always loved sports, especially the kind of action sports that let me loose myself in the challenge. High adrenaline was the name of the game for me, even with my yoga practice I used to focus mainly on the power classes, until I discovered the subtle benefits of a regular restorative, mediation and breath work practice.  I have always been fascinated by the body and my yoga practice has helped me to learn so much about the mind body  connection.

My practice set me on a path of spiritual discovery,  personal development, and self healing and my goal now is to share what inspires me. I do this through group studio classes, 121 sessions and retreats. I teach ashtanga and vinyasa yoga flow classes,  yin and restorative classes and meditation and breathwork classes. I am available to teach private 1-2-1 sessions, workshops, events and on retreats. I believe that Yoga and meditation are great practices no matter what your age. I love to teach kids and offer specially developed kids yoga and mindful classes.

VINYASA YOGA: A dynamic flow based class designed to build strength and stability. A standing and seated sequence followed by a restorative savasana. Expect your heart rate to rise in this yang style class, we focus on using our breath in a moving meditation.

YIN YOGA: This class involves long relaxed holds, between 3 and.5 minutes. Designed to release deeper into the facial tissue that binds and holds your body together. Expect a low effort physically and the use of props to help you relax into poses. Breath-work is used in yin to calm and still the mind and to take you deeper into the poses.

FOR KIDS: These class are specially designed to engage and entertain the little ones while introducing them to the tools and principles of meditation and yoga. I am in the process of launching my children’s mindfulness book and online space full of resources for parents.

MEDITATION + BREATHWORK: Meditation is the practice of observing the mind. Through breathwork practices and other tools you will begin to develop meditation techniques to help keep you grounded throughout the day.
