I’m a certified RYT 200 Hatha Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga teacher and my qualifications are approved by Italian association CSEN and international association Yoga Alliance.
One word that defines me best is lightness. I love to laugh and let it all go. For that reason my encounter with yoga turned into a long-term exploration. I started practising around 10 years ago and since then yoga has accompanied me in my adventures around the world. Right now I live in Tuscany and am a happy mum of a toddler and a yoga instructor eager to take people on trips to their inside-out.
