Lora Bear is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).  Lora teaches Iyengar yoga with her main focus on beginning level classes.  She has been practicing yoga since 1992, when she was first attended an outdoor class at a Rainbow gathering in Colorado.  She completed yoga teacher training in 2020.  She has a variety of influences from her many years of practice including; Kundalini, Bikram, Ashtanga and Iyengar.  Her classes weave together Classic Rock musical influences with heart based themes.  Lora's brings ease to her students in their body, heart and mind through the practice of yoga.
