Maria Larsson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I took my first registered teacher training in 2010, with Karoline Klebl in Costa Rica. This classical Ashtanga training, with deep studies of the Sutras and meditation, made it clear to me that Yoga is my path. Later I studied Anusara, took a few inmersions, with Jeff Fisher in Switzerland, and Benita Galvan in Mexico. 2013 I took another 120hrs training with Ashley Ludman in Guatemala. 2014 I learned Yoga Nidra with Sannyasi Samadhimurti in Spain, and 2015-16 I took another 200 RYT, with Zaira Leal, also in Spain. I have also taken a few workshops with Desi Springer and John Friend.
My teachings are based on that path, that actually started earlier, getting introduced to Shivananda and Kundalini in Barcelona around 2000-2010. My experience as a massage-therapist, and studies in Arttherapy also accompanies me in my work. Now I am deeply inspired by the teachings of Sridaiva and the Bowspring, and use the Bowspring alignment.
I teach mainly on Mallorca, but also in Austria and Sweden.
