My path to yoga comes through Restore.   I had horrible numbness from chronic cubital tunnel.  After trying dozens of options, eventually I discovered the power of a Restore practice.  Practicing regularly changed my life and saved me from needing surgery!  My love of yoga blossomed from Restore to include all types of flow.  Yoga also allows me to practice relaxation, a life-skill that does not come naturally to me.

I have a background in all things nerdy including physics, astronomy, math, and computer science.   As a teacher I strive to combine my physics background with yoga alignment.
