Sabine's Yoga journey began in August 2016. Attending gradually more and more classes, she developed a deep love and appreciation how yoga can improve both physical and emotional health; assisting her own long-term recovery from Cancer and the associated treatments.
Sabine became certified at the 200 hour yogaspirit® level by Whitman Wellness Center and the 300 hour level by YogaRenew. She is a register yoga teacher (RYT 500) through the Yoga Alliance since 2020. Completing her Usui/Holy Fire III® Reiki Ryoho Certification for both Reiki I and Reiki II in 2021.
Sabine is a certified Oncology Yoga teacher since July 2021 and expanded her yoga4cancer training in 2023, to pay forward and provide the knowledge, scientific facts and solutions to assist and address the specific needs of the cancer community; understanding the unique physical and emotional needs and challenges of those touched by cancer.
Her teaching style is intended for you to identify your own personal benefits through the gift of yoga. Working together with breath and her Reiki teachings to achieve a safe and informative environment for well-being
