Susie is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, and is teaching full time with over ten years experience. She also teaches Pilates and Barre which inspire the strength, stability and smooth choreography in her classes. Her teacher training's are run in studio and online with some the most renowned teachers and studios in Ireland.
She has had the privilege of studying with Judith Hanson Lasater, Meghan Currie, Josh Summers, Amy Ippoliti, Jason Crandell. From attending and studying with these truly inspirational teachers her own style of teaching has taken on a flavour of Hatha and Vinyasa with a focus on alignment, attention to detail, ease in transitions and softness of breath.
