Passionate about the study of yoga, its practice, and its healing effects, Coreen is committed to sharing her knowledge and experiences with students of all ages.  She lives her life mindfully, peacefully, with loving intentions and finds joy in helping others find their own peace.  In her free time, she enjoys cooking, sewing, practicing healthy eating habits, physical adventures, and spending time by the ocean.   Coreen is a big fan of nature, appreciating and relishing all of its beauty from the beaches to the mountains.  A true yoga practitioner for the past 15+ years, she found her next calling as yoga instructor, proudly earning her 200 RYT.   In addition, she has specialty certificates in: Yoga for Children, Restorative Yoga and Pranayama.  She believes in the beautiful yet gentle and subtle power of yoga, meditation, and the power of positive thinking.  It not only strengthens the body and refines balance, but it teaches one to be present, calms the nervous system, alleviates stress and anxiety, and encourages kindness to all beings.
