My curiosity for physical activity, which started with fitness in 2008, started to change with yoga asana since 2010. Even though there were times when I struggled between these two, forced myself to choose, or burned by doing both together, I realized that any physical activity done with awareness can be included in the yoga 'asana' class.

It didn't take me long to realize that yoga is not just a physical activity, but involves something deeper behind it that penetrates one's mind and heart. Nevertheless, I took my first yoga training on 30 Hours of Anatomy with Berivan Aslan Sungur, probably because I was really curious about the human body. Anyway what I learned in this mini course,  confirmed that there was something deeper and beyond the body.

Then I decided to take my first 200-hour Yoga teacher training from Chris Chavez in 2012. Immediately after that, I enrolled for 300 hours of training, but I could not finish this training. I had to absorb the information bombardment I've been through. I started  teaching public classes to practice what I had learned.

I assisted Chris Chávez in studio classes for several years and 200 h TTC’s.

Meanwhile, I continued the Cihangir Yoga 300 Hours Yoga Specialization program and completed the program with teachers such as Chris Chavez, Carlos Pomeda and Zeyneb Uras.

In addition to this process, I completed 110 hours of basic yoga training with Cetin Cetintas and Yogakioo 280 hours and 300 hours of Advanced Yoga training in India. India and Cetin Cetintaş caused me to rearrange my view of life.

I also completed 100-Hour Yoga Therapy training with Banu Cadırcı and Pregnant Yoga TTC with  Mey Elbi and Nur Sakallı

I recently completed my Yoga Alliance approved E-RYT 500 registrations. I have never stopped exercising. I like to add some fitness exercises to strengthen the body in addition to yoga asana in my classes. My reason to share yoga is to create awareness wherever I can breathe, to discover our limitlessness in our limited bodies. I still organize various workshops and yoga holidays. With the pandemic period, I also started on-line lessons via Zoom, without resisting change. I organise TTC programms since 2020 and share my knowledge and experince with new lovers of yoga.
