Stéphanie did her first 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training in August 2020 and her second in April 2022 in Guatemala, with School Yoga Institute.
She teaches private and group classes in French and in English very fluently.
Deepti (Stephanie's spiritual name) loves to travel, explore nature, learn about self growth and meditate. She currently works in Nova Scotia, Canada, as a guidance counselor at Université Sainte-Anne University and teaches yoga as her side passion. Her dream would be to eventually host yoga retreats involving self growth activites in remote and sacred locations around the world.
