Manuela Huber is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). She is focused on Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga, and offers class teachings but also personal 1:1 yoga sessions.

Manuela is a Registered Children Yoga Teacher (RCYT) with Yoga Alliance and an experienced teacher for children and teenagers.

Having learned by many great teachers, Manuela also teaches pre- and postnatal Yoga.

With her Pilates teacher education Manuela can also offer Pilates classes and 1:1 training for strengthening the core, which is also very useful for ones Yoga practice.

Manuela background is based on martial arts, she is a black belt Karateka.
