I am Kevin, a Yoga practitioner, instructor/teacher based in Blouberg on the Cape Town, South Africa. I completed my first 200 hr Hatha Yoga teacher training here in South Africa and subsequently further 200 hr and 300 hr teacher training courses in Rishikesh, India specialising in Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga. I have run my own Yoga classes, taught students on a one-to-one basis, conducted yoga classes at Gyms and even at an Indoor Climbing Centre. I practice the Yoga styles of Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga.
