Lila is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a E-RYT 500, which means that they completed their yoga teacher training at an active RYS. She was a Lead Trainer at Abhinam Yoga School in India for about 10 years. Lila has been learning and practicing yoga for 15 years in its various forms including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha and Shivananda in India. She is an advanced practitioner of Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow. During her yoga study at Iyengar Institute Pune, India, she developed a strong feeling that yoga is for all types and age group of people. She was fascinated by the various uses of different yoga props and became aware of their significance in teaching yoga to people with physical limitations. Lila’s teaching style is a fusion of her experience of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and her close contact with nature and meditation. With her serene personality she motivates her students to approach yoga with humility and devotion. Love and blessings!
