Hi- I am a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. I am passionate about sharing my love of yoga and believe that it can benefit everyone, from super-fit cyclists and runners to couch potatoes that think that they will never be able to touch their toes.
My classes are based around an exploratory style that merges my original love of Ashtanga with a more Hatha based somatic approach. More than just fitness and strength my classes focus on mind, body, breath, and are suitable for all.
