Former trapeze artist I started practicing Jivamukti Yoga with Nives Gobbo as a way to soothe my taxed shoulders, soon though I discovered that the practice was changing me on a deeper, indefinable level.

Fast forward after years of practice (Jivamukti, Vinyasa, Anusara) and a 100h Anusara Immersion with Noah Mazè Deanna Alvarez and Peter Goodman, in 2012 I decided to attend to my first 200H teacher training through YogaWorks with Alicia Cheung and Oliver Reinsch, moved by the desire to share what yoga gave to me. The training was such a transformative experience that in 2014 I left my translator position at the Austrian Cultural Center of Rome and moved to Los Angeles to complete my 300H teacher training with the amazing Senior YogaWorks Teacher Jeanne Heileman. During my path on yoga I had the luck to attend to workshops and masterclasses with Kathryn Budig, Tiffany Cruikshank, Hala Kouri, Shiva Rea, Annie Carpenter, Kia Miller, Piero Vivarelli, Rod Stryker, Simon Park, Elena Brower, Sharon Gannon and many others.

I’m a Yoga Alliance 500H / E-200 & YACEP Registered Yoga Teacher.

I am currently based in Rome, Italy, where I offer retreats, workshops and public classes. I teach vinyasa & restorative yoga and yoga nidra.

In my classes I love to combine pranayama, asana and meditation encouraging my students to joyful explore and express their yoga, reminding them that the ancient and ultimate goal of the practice is liberation.
