Dana Marza is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I love to practice yoga for better alignment, in fact, this is what first brought me to yoga: the need to get my spine into better alignment, so I am studying as much as I can to be able to help people to do the same. In my view, yoga is also very good for stress/trauma release and management and one of the best ways for getting in touch with myself and with nature, and for honouring yourself. So I teach what I practice: gentle flow yoga with a focus on alignment and breath, restorative yoga, chakra/dosha balancing yoga, breathwork and meditation with a touch of life coaching on top for the ones interested. I have a holistic approach to my teaching and deeply believe there is always a way.
