About me:
In 2017, when I was training for my blackbelt in kickboxing I started practicing yoga to improve my flexibility.
In 2019, I decided to deepen my yoga knowledge and took a 200hrs teacher training course that lasted 1 year.
Since then, I’ve been dedicated to yoga, having maintained a daily practice and attended various courses to improve my knowledge. Yoga has become a central part of my life.
I was so amazed by everything I had learnt that I decided that I wanted to share this knowledge with the world.
