My Yoga style that I teach is a mix of Hatha Yoga with Elements of Vinyasa Yoga. I combine creative flows with static poses, so that my students have time for the right alignment and to "feel" the asana. I create my classes challenging but also relaxing and with an attention to pleasant stretching and sufficient relaxation phases.
