Ritu Dhupar is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Along with the 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2020, Ritu has completed a 20 hour Yin Yoga certification in 2021 along with several ongoing workshops and training sessions in Yin Yoga.

Ritu has offered in-person classes and classes via zoom in a group setting as well as private classes.
