Yoga is my passion and I started my learning in February 2009 with Late Professor Wassiq Mehmood in Model Town Park Lahore and he was founder of TWCPakistan. I continued my learning for 6 months and learnt basic steps of Yoga.

Then I joined my new job with TOTAL at port Qasim Karachi. There I started first chapter of TWC at Gulshan e Hadeed, stieel Town and after that Al-Murtaza Park, PECHS, Karachi. I trained a team in Karachi to expand the message of TWC Pakistan.

In 2012, I transferred back to Lahore, where I continued his mission with zeal & zest which is now expanding day & night. I trained a team of ladies & gents who are providing these services without any interest and the only fees charged is "smile & pray.
In April 2020, I got opportunity to complete 200hours YTTC from BeWell Yoga studio Ireland and become 200RYT with Yoga Alliance USA.
Our mission to spread free Yoga in Pakistan with the name of TWC Pakistan.
