Serenity Beyond Yoga Center LLC is a Registered Yoga Teacher (200-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Registered Nurse for over 30 years and Nurse Practitioner for over 20 years. Geriatric and the older adults has been the joy of the my nursing career and I continue to bring yoga to this population. Coaching track and field for 20 years assist my athletes in core work and stretching to prevent injuries. I enjoy engaging with all aspects of nature. Practice yoga for over 20 years as I incorporated wellness aspects for all.
Serenity Beyond Yoga offers a variety of modalities for the body, mind, and spirit. Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, touch, aromatherapy, chakra balancing assist wellness for the mind, body, and soul.
