Her classes help students by releasing muscle tension while increasing flexibility and strength, developing balance and promoting relaxation. “My purpose in teaching yoga is to bring to people the awareness that they have the tools within them to enhance and change their lives for the better. There is practically no better way I know to do this than by practicing yoga! This is truly something that everyone, regardless of physical challenges can do.”
