Sue Yen is the founder of Triple Goddess Yoga, a holistic wellness platform that specifically caters to women in mid-life and menopause.
As a senior trainer for Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance Professionals, she imparts her extensive knowledge through further education courses designed for Yoga teachers. Her notable course: 'YOGA and 36 Menopause Symptoms'.
Her personal journey through menopause and her relentless pursuit of finding effective solutions for her own menopause symptoms have fuelled her research, leading to this comprehensive and holistic offering.
SueYen is an author of two books: Spiritual Lemonade and YOGA and the 36 Menopause Symptoms. Her insightful contributions have also been featured in the prominent publications, 'Om Yoga' and 'Menopause Matters’ magazine.
When SueYen is not immersed in a teachers' training, on the yoga mat or writing, she can often be found in the hills contemplating an 8th marathon! (And if she's not there, try the beer garden!) She truly embodies the concept of balance in both her teaching and personal practice.
