Tess Whitty has been practicing yoga for 20 years and as a teacher, she is passionate about sharing how yoga can help anyone grow as a person and become healthier and stronger in both body and mind through movement and breath. She teaches energizing and challenging yoga sculpt and power vinyasa flows and where you leave just a little stronger, energized, and ready to tackle the rest of your life. She aims to inspire and empower you, regardless of your level or background.
Tess is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher. When she is not on the mat, she loves taking continuing education workshops in yoga, trauma, ayurveda and more, or devoting her time to her translation business, family, travel or outdoor adventures.
