Creating inclusive, diverse and trauma-informed trainings. I love pedagogy and finding new ways to help students learn both their inherent self-knowledge and a new perspective in which to live life. By bringing yoga principles into daily life, we create an integrated experience of inner happiness and positive change in the world. After an incredible journey through India and 25 years of yoga and Ayurveda, the tradition continues to reveal great lessons. I offer the ancient teachings of Vedanta, mantra, story and philosophy as well as new anatomical perspectives in Biotensegrity. in my classes, Currently, I’m finding presence in traditional Hatha and Yin yoga through ease, Sukham. I feel honoured to be a custodian of this ancient knowledge from the lineage in which I am also, always a student. I bow in reverence for the “householder” yogi’s who inspire me to remember my true identity: Oneness.
