I'm Kate, yoga and fitness teacher. 

I decide to teach yoga to make Yoga accessible to all.

I complete my trainee since one year and a half, after my YTT in Hatha and Vinyasa and make yin, nidra and meditation other specialties.

I develop my activity on my own, after quit my job to give more sense in my job.

I develop also my own classes in Power Vinyasa Flow, Hip-hop yoga class, Hiit Yoga and also core work flow, to correspond to all the profile of my students.

Not but the least, i also complete my experience in giving trainee to future yoga teachers, with association Pur, to whom i was trained.
