Erica Miller is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Her RYT 200-hour teacher training with SOAR Yoga. Erica received her additional 300-hour teacher training from ParaYoga instructed under the Master Teacher, Yogarupa Rod Stryker.

Erica is a Holistic Healer: incorporating bodywork, energy work, meditation/visualization, channeling and intuitive guidance. Erica is Reiki Master-Teacher and has developed a school of energy work: Twin Moon Reiki, with her Reiki business partner, Willow Pogue. She teaches weekly at her studio inSpirit healing arts & Yoga.  In addition, Erica guides spiritual retreats, nationally & internationally.
