I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Stepping onto my yoga mat feels like coming home. I started my yoga teacher training to deepen my own philosophy and practice but throughout the journey I realized just how much I love offering a yoga class. My full-time career as an educator has allowed me to blend two passions into one as a Yoga Teacher. My core values are movement, possibility, and creativity and expect for this to be translated to my classes. I believe in the power of sweat, a good playlist, and the breath. To me, yoga is about finding your own inner magic to help you see the magic in others.
