I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, teaching Yin, Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga since 2020. I provide online classes as well as private face to face classes.
I have taught for Arohan Yoga School, a Yoga School based in Rishikesh for their YTT program, specializing in Yin Yoga. I am currently based in Singapore, having over 20 private individual students and 3 corporate accounts.
My students come from all over the World, and I am comfortable interacting with a multi national and multi cultural environment promoting the benefits and sharing the gift of Yoga. I enjoy incorporating different mantras, pranayama and Yoga philosophy into each of my classes.
