I have been practicing Yoga for several years, first as a complement to rock climbing, then to help my body heal from injuries. I then became more and more involved in the spirit of yoga and wanted to share what yoga had given me.
I am also a karate coach and started teaching yoga to my students. I decided to follow a yoga training with the Green Yoga federation, in initial 200h training then in children's yoga. I am currently pursuing yoga therapy training.
I teach children and adults, I also give relaxation and yoga classes in companies..
