I am a registered advanced yoga teacher (RYT500) with Yoga Alliance. 

Advanced 300 hours teacher training was modular multi-style: 

100 h vinyasa with additional flavours of Iengar-principles applied to Vinyasa practice and acroyoga.

100h yin yoga and traditional Chinese medicine with meridians, acupressure techniques applied to yin yoga practice, 

100 h mediation&yoga nidra. 

RY200 TT focused in vinyasa flow and ashtanga vinyasa, and I completed  100 hours Yin Yoga TT before completing my advanced yoga teacher training. 

I teach regularly at yoga studios focusing in strong&soulful vinyasa flow with a hint of prana flow as well as yin in various ways including acupressure, trauma-informed, in combination with yoga nidra, meditation and restorative classes. With over two decades of teaching and instructing groups and individuals in various fitness and sports activities, I take care of the group and people and design the practise suiting them with their needs.

I am open to cooperation regarding retreats, yoga practice combined with surf, diving, skiing, cycling in inspiring environments.
