Michelle Greenfield blends her varied yoga background to create experiences that bring mindfulness to movement, to stillness and within nature. She guides her students and classes to move towards more stability, relaxation, openness and wholeness, in all layers of their being. Michelle has been teaching yoga classes in Ohio and Colorado since 2009, building on her own devoted practice which began in 1993. She has a diverse background in styles, beginning with Iyengar and adding elements from Sivananda, Integral Yoga and Vinyasa. Most recently she has been studying and steeped in the Kripalu lineage.
