Esther is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

She teaches Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga style as well as Yin Yoga. 

Esther found practicing yoga making her mind more peaceful. As long as she can remember, she was amazed by the beautiful philosophy and healing aspect of yoga.

She was so immersed that she decided to do a teacher training. From that on, yoga was not only part of her life, it was something to live by every day, every hour and second. Yoga became her lifestyle. 

Esther loves to pass on the knowledge she was given. After all, yoga is for everyone. Therefore she decided to open her own Yoga Studio - Yogato Yogastudio.
