I teach Forrest Yoga, Yin Yoga, alignment-oriented vinyasa, and hatha yoga rooted in the traditions of Sivananda and Integral Yoga. I am a diverse and experienced student of yoga first, and my teaching is informed by that.
I am a thai massage therapist and shamanic reiki master, a certified Master Practitioner of TimeLine Therapy®, NeuroLinguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and NLP Coaching.
