Student of some of the best teachers in the world of this ancient practices has traveled extensively looking for tools to bring to her beloved latin american community. Eternal curiosity always keeps her in the seat of the student and the path of the teacher.

Samadhi Method comes out of these teachings fusion. A health and wellness oriented style of yoga that honors tradition in a non dogmatic or religious fashion making it accessible to a large variety of individuals in diverse settings. Her vision of social change has inspired her to create RESPIRA a social project that brings Meditation and gentle yoga to challenged comunities. and offers a scholarship fund to teachers with a social initiative in place "Yoga is like breathing ... a birth right and it should be available to everyone... free". "I want to see large masses of people practicing in large open spaces breathing and moving like one, motivated by their own desire to be well, guided by the passion in their heart" this is what we set to do though Projecto RESPIRA a space for volunteering and bringing yoga to populations and settings that would normally have access to these practices

Currently offers workshops, trains teachers and students alike in a variety of modalities in Puerto, has her private health and wellness oriented yoga consulting practice. Leads Spiritual adventures and international retreats.

Samadhi Yoga Institute has regular by donation classes and events to help fund it’s own programs.
