Pauline ALIAS is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of 400h yoga teacher trainings with Registered Yoga Schools (RYS): 200H in Santa Monica (California) and 200H in Paris.
She is also certified in prenatal and postnatal yoga from the Bernadette de Gasquet Institut in Paris.
And recently certified in Yoga Nidra.
