I am a yoga teacher based in Espoo, Finland. I have practiced yoga since 2016 and in 2020 I completed my teacher training and became a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT200 with Yoga Alliance. In 2021 I upgraded my studies with 300 hours training and became a RYT500 with Yoga Alliance. I see becoming a yoga teacher as a lifelong journey and I love to upgrade my skills in courses, workshops and retreats. Because we all are unique I emphasize in my classes safe and individual asana training and meditation. Thus, yoga belongs to everyone despite the age, gender or physical condition. In my basic education I am a D. Sc.
