Eva teaches Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga and in summer months SUP yoga classes at Floripa Yoga & Kitesurf House in Sicily, Italy. Her classes are dynamic, allowing to cultivate body and breath awareness. Practice gradually builds up towards challenging poses with respect to individual needs. Each class focuses on different body area and connects with certain theme to grow not only physically. Relaxing sequences of Yin classes are connected to meridians, invisible pathways in body, through which Chi-vital force-flows and chakras. In summer months you can join her for playful SUP yoga (yoga on Stand-Up-Paddle board) on the beautiful sea at the beach near Floripa. This unusual practice develop your strength, sense of equilibrium, concentration and reconnect you back to the nature.
