Eva Shiu is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She completed her 200 Hour Training, 100 Hour apprenticeship, and 300 Hour Advanced Training with Hilaire Lockwood (E-500 RYT, RPYT, YACEP) at Hilltop Yoga Chicago.
