Sherry Rockey (RYT-200)
Sherry first came to the mat in search of an alternative to a demanding professional life, and discovered that yoga brought her to a deeper sense of calm and a way to reconnect with her true self.
After 15 years of practicing, Sherry began teaching yoga to help others find that same equilibrium in this busy and stressful world. She loves to share her joy of yoga through fun, lighthearted, and yet challenging sequences that balance energetic flow with relaxation and release. Her classes focus on exploring the mind-body connection through mindful alignment and movement. Sherry hopes her students walk out of her classes feeling both empowered and centered, and are ready to engage mindfully in the world.
