Anne Muhlethaler is a 250 RYT yoga teacher and a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher who has studied with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield (MMTCP), as well as taken many workshops with world-renowned teachers such as Sally Kempton, Pema Chödrön, and Annie Carpenter. Anne continues to study in her field, having studied with the Nalanda Institute in Contemplative Science, training to integrate time-tested mindfulness and compassion practices from Buddhist psychology with evidence-based Western psychotherapy and neuropsychology. She is currently studying Vajra Yoga with Michele Loew and Tenzin Bob Thurman.
A former fashion and business executive (and prior to that a singer), Anne developed an interest in meditation and mindfulness after years of practicing yoga.
She became a regular Loving Kindness practitioner before starting to learn more about the rest of mindfulness practices. Anne decided to become a teacher after seeing the profound effects these combined practices had on her own life.
Anne is passionate about teaching meditation and pranayama while also running a communications consultancy and coaching practice.
