Carl Roberts is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance having completed his formal teacher training through Yama Yoga Studios in Doha under Valerie Jeremijenko.
He has also completed numerous additional training modules at schools in Bali, Barcelona, Goa and Greece to top up his knowledge and deepen his practice.
With a background in martial arts he presently teaches Ashtanga Yoga in the main but is also proficient and experienced in teaching Vinyasa, Yin and Rocket Yoga while he has a love for the physical elements of Acro-Yoga.
He is presently co-owner of Yama Yoga Studios in Muscat.
